    We accept returns on most unopened, non‑tinted products when accompanied by a valid receipt. Custom‑tinted paint is non‑returnable, as it is mixed specifically for your order and cannot be resold. A receipt is required for all returns, and without proof of purchase, we are unable to process refunds or exchanges.
