It provides excellent weather resistance, waterproofing properties, and it bridges hairline cracks. Easy to apply, it has excellent coverage, resists chalking and dirt pick-up, and is mildew-, algae-, and fungus-resistant. Its mastic properties and characteristics allow for use as a patching material for repairs of some cracks and seams on the substrate, and its product versatility allows for application to flat, sloped, and ponding water roofs.

Great White 100% Silicone Roof Coating is a high solids, silicone-based protective roof coating designed to seal and create a watertight barrier that protects against leaks, ponding water, and the damaging effects of severe weather. Formulated from durable inorganic silicone resins, and reflective pigments, it provides excellent adhesion, effectively eliminates leaks, and provides a seamless waterproof barrier that can expand and contract. It offers excellent durability, is breathable, and a finish that is watertight and weatherproof. It may be applied to a variety of properly prepared roofing surfaces, enhances roof reflectivity and UV resistance, and is a cost effective alternative to roof replacement.

This is a specially formulated waterborne water-repellent coating for wood and masonry surfaces. Its special formula is designed as an alternative to the solvent-based water-repellent coatings that contain silicones. It provides excellent sealing and water-beading properties, and it reduces water adsorption and swelling of wood. It has excellent breathing properties and has zero VOC’s.

This is a special modified acrylic clear coating, specifically formulated for application as a finish coating for most bare and / or painted concrete substrates. Specially formulated using new technologies in acrylic polymers, it provides a hard and durable gloss finish that also seals the surface, providing excellent wear and abrasion resistance, moisture resistance, and easier detergent cleaning. This solvent-thinned acrylic clear sealer and finish is designed for application to brick pavers, concrete floors, decorative stone, Chattahoochee, stamped concrete, brick, and other cementitious surfaces. Provides a durable finish that penetrates and seals the surface, while providing excellent resistance to surface powdering, foot and vehicle traffic, and common stains. This non-yellowing clear finish enhances the color of the surface and resists the effects of UV light and weathering. Ideal for use as a clear finish over Richard’s 500 series Bond-Crete.

This is formulated to provide high-level performance in both new and old swimming pools. Formulated from quality raw materials, it provides excellent durability; resists fresh and salt water, fading, fungus, algae; and is alkali resistant. It's self-priming and resists chalking, chipping, peeling, chemicals, chlorine, lime, and extreme temperature fluctuations. This is an extremely durable traffic marking coating formulated for a variety of applications. It provides superior resistance to road oils, water, and salts that are commonly used for removing ice from roadways. Provides excellent visibility characteristics for roadways, crosswalks, safety zones, etc. Glass beads may be sifted onto the coating surface immediately after it has been applied to obtain a more reflective value. Formulated to meet Federal Specification TT-P-1952B for quality and performance. Available in white, yellow, black, and blue.

This is a heavy-duty concentrated latex coating specifically designed for use to line all types of fields of every description. Its special formulation is non-toxic, non-irritating to eyes or skin, and will not harm grass or other surfaces. When properly mixed and applied, it provides excellent coverage, crisp color distinctions, and superior adhesion to dry surface grasses for lasting design effects and resistance to wear. This additive includes state-of-the-art polyethylene granules specifically designed as a non-skid additive for all types of floor coatings. Its special formulation provides a more durable and safe non-skid surface for both interior and exterior floor surfaces. It will not alter the color and the overall performance of the product being used. Once added to the paint coating, these lightweight granules stay suspended much longer than traditional sand texture additives, and they don’t break down as fast, thus offering better overall performance, durability, and product versatility.
